The villa stands isolated in the middle of the Jitřní Park and offers luxury services including a balneo centre. Its location and facilities make it an ideal place for private care patients and its home from home atmosphere makes it even more popular. The New-Renaissance villa was built by an important architect from Františkovy Lázně, Karl Wiedermann in 1878.

The hotel offers 49 single and double rooms, of which 4 are top of the range apartments. Luxury rooms have been newly and comfortable furnished with satellite TV, minibar, safe and phone. All rooms have spacious bathrooms. There are two lifts available in the hotel together with two special rooms for the disabled.

Buffet-style breakfasts are served in the spacious dining room furnished with reproduction furniture. A wide choice of meals is available at lunchtime and dinnertime including four types of dietary meals and a salad buffet. The lobby bar, open during the day and in the evenings, offers sweets, several types of coffee and a selection of hot and cold drinks.

The new balneo centre, which is connected with the villa via a lift and a nice hallway, houses the doctors' surgeries and offers all day medical service and comprehensive therapeutic procedures, e.g. carbonic, whirlpool and Jacuzzi baths, mud treatments, massages, electro therapy, magnetic therapy, gas injections, paraffin treatments, specially designed exercises, lane swimming and pool exercises.
